Our Story
The Crust & Bloom was born in Mara Chen's home kitchen — a tight space with an overworked stand mixer, a notepad full of recipes, and two kids underfoot who were always first in line to lick the spoon. What started as weekend baking for neighbors and school fundraisers quickly grew into something that Austin couldn't stop talking about. Word spread fast, demand climbed higher, and The Crust & Bloom opened its doors as a real, thriving bakery.
Our mission is simple: make every celebration feel extraordinary through food that's as beautiful as it is delicious. We hold elegance and approachability in the same hand.
